Zenith place sukhumvit 42 ค่ะ สองล้านต้นๆ 1ห้องนอนประมาณ 27-29ตรม. ใกล้บีทีเอสเอกมัยประมาณ200-300เมตรค่ะ เราก็สนใจอยู่ แต่โครงการค่อนข้างเงียบ กลัวปล่อยเช่าไม่ได้

ถ้าเอาใกล้ที่ทำงาน ไม่ต้องใกล้ BTS ยังมีที่อยู่ในงบนะครับ กำลังจะเสร็จปลายปีนี้ ผมเห็น The Seed Mingle สาทร-สวนพลูซอย 8 ประกาศขายดาวน์กันอยู่พอสมควร ราคาประมาณ 1.8-2 ล้านครับ ไม่ไกลจากช่องนนทรีเลย เห็นบางคนขายขาดทุนกันทีเดียว ลองดูในเว็บประกาศครับ
