น้ำมันกล้วย ก็ผลิตจาก กล้วย สิครับ
แต่ไม่ใช่ Banana oil เป็นชื่อสามัญของสารเคมีชนิดหนึ่ง
ไม่ถูกพบตามธรรมชาติ
มีกลิ่นเหมือนกล้วย เป็นที่มาของชื่อ
ใช้ผสมอาหาร เพื่อปรุงแต่งกลิ่นสังเคราะห์ อาจจะรวมถึงถุงยางกลิ่นกล้วยด้วย
ผสมน้ำหอม กลิ่นกล้วย
ใช้ล้างสี เพราะมีคุณสมบัติ เป็นตัวทำละลายด้วย
ใช้ผสมในก๊าซ อันตรายบางชนิด พอเวลารั่ว ก็จะได้กลิ่นกล้วย (กลิ่นแรงมาก เกินกว่ากล้วยธรรมดา)
ชื่อเคมี Amyl acetate หาซื้อได้ตามร้านเคมีภัณฑ์ ทั่วไป
